Came in for a piece of foam for a cushion I was making for my breakfast nook. Florence was incredible. So helpful and oh so sweet. She pulled and cut everything by hand in less than 10 minutes. They had a bunch of accessories like batting and Velcro sold by the yard at a very reasonable price. I will absolutely be back. You don't find businesses like this one anymore. Highly recommend!!

Norm passed away, but his wife still runs the business.

This business cuts foam, wraps batting around it and then adds stuffing when redoing sofa cushions.

My Pier 1 Imports sofa from 2007 is even better now in 2023 with the redone cushions I got from here.

Saved a bundle by cushion redo and prevented a sofa from going to landfill.

Followed advice to place a wooden board on top of the folding bed sofa base for stability.

Prices very reasonable - I compared to other places on the Westside and one in Burbank. Glad I went to Norm's.

What business gives you overnight service these days? Norm's!

I called about replacing the foam filling in two couch cushions and Florence walked me through figuring out whether I just needed the cushions or if I needed the springs in the couch replaced (I don't think they do that work).
Took my two cushions in on Monday and they were ready on Tuesday!

She had me sit on a couple different foam cushions to decide how firm I wanted mine to be. She also replaced the batting that envelops the cushions.

Super service and the price sure beats replacing my loveseat. Now I'm thinking I should do my other couch, even though it's in better shape...

At least 10 years ago we went to Norm's to get a firmer cushion filling for a love seat we use regularly. What a positive difference that made. We now live in Flagstaff AZ but on a recent visit to S CA, we drove back in to Norm's on Motor Ave to get better foam for the counter stools in our kitchen. The delightful lady who waited on us (Florence?) was so helpful and showed us how to cut the foam piece once we returned to AZ. She even gave us a quarter for the parking meter out front! This is a wonderful merchant with quality goods and excellent service.

I needed to re-pump my sofa cushions and Florence knew exactly what I needed. She put all new foam in the slip covers and now my sofa looks and feels like new. Florence was so kind and very helpful and finished the cushions quicker than I expected. The prices here are very reasonable and the quality is excellent.

Over the years I had purchased no less than seven pillows for sleeping and only one supported my neck and made me comfortable. It was wearing out and I was hopeful that Florence at Norm's Foam and Fabric might have suggestions. We put some foam mattress material on the floor to simulate a bed and gave me different pillow sized pieces of foam to try. She was determined to help me and we finally found the perfect thickness and firmness. I am very happy with my new pillow, went home and took a nap on it and was glad I had seen her today. I strongly recommend this store for your needs.

Great service! I had new foam put in 4 seat cushions. Florence was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right firmness. They were done the same day.

It was a good decision to buy my travel trailer cushions from Florence instead of an online store. I parked my trailer in front of the store and Florence guided me on foam firmness, helped measure my cushions, and even trimmed the cushions to fit the trailer properly. An online retailer cannot provide such a service. Save yourself the headache of guessing what to buy online and just call Florence. The foam Florence selected for me is super comfortable to sleep on and 1 year later I can say I am very happy with my decision to buy from her.
